My Personal Journey
I specialize in overcoming learning disabilities, the challenges of working abroad as an immigrant, and workplace discrimination. I also understand firsthand the pain of childhood trauma, the struggle of overcoming PTSD, and the complexities of living with a stepmother and navigating complicated family dynamics. Additionally, I’ve experienced constant bullying, the stress of growing up in a difficult household environment, and the dangers of living in troubled and dysfunctional neighborhoods. These experiences have given me deep empathy and insight into overcoming adversity and the challenge of building resilience in the face of hardship. My journey has shaped my approach, and I am committed to helping others heal from their own wounds, find strength, and discover the resilience they never thought possible.
I specialize in Trauma Recovery, PTSD, and Resilience Building a field that’s deeply personal to me, born from my own struggles and the journey I’ve taken to rise above them. My path has been shaped by immense pain, but also by an unwavering determination to heal and grow. Now, I dedicate my life to helping others find that same strength and transformation.
As a child, my world was defined by challenges that seemed impossible to overcome. I struggled with Learning Disabilities (LD), which made school feel like an endless battle. Instead of receiving support, I was bullied both by my family and my peers. At just seven years old, my parents divorced, and the emotional chaos that followed left scars that would last a lifetime. But the hardest blow came when my mother, battling alcoholism, left us on Christmas Day, abandoning me and my father without food or comfort.
In the years that followed, my family took advantage of my vulnerability, using me as a helper and reinforcing the belief that I wasn’t smart enough. Their cruel words and dismissive behavior became a constant echo in my mind, slowing my educational progress and embedding a deep sense of inadequacy.
My teenage years were no better. I faced discrimination and emotional abuse from a stepmother who seemed intent on making my life a nightmare. And to make matters worse, I grew up in a dangerous neighborhood, surrounded by toxic people and harmful influences that deepened my pain. Later, as I worked abroad, I thought I could escape my past. But I was wrong. I found myself bullied once more, this time in the workplace, and once again, the same family members who had once made me feel worthless resurfaced, continuing to perpetuate their pathological behavior.
For years, I carried the weight of these traumas, feeling emotionally and intellectually stunted, unable to cope with the challenges life threw at me. I felt different, misunderstood, and always left behind. The toxic people and discriminatory attitudes around me made it feel like there was no way out.
But my story didn’t end there. It’s a story of resilience, transformation, and the power of healing. In my 30s, I made the conscious decision to change my life. I turned to biohacking techniques, improved my diet, and took control of my mental and physical health. I adopted daily practices like meditation, breathing exercises, and exercise routines that helped me rewire my brain and body. I aligned myself with my circadian rhythm, allowing me to regain balance and mental clarity. Slowly but surely, I healed and eventually, I earned my doctorate.
Now, as a professional in the field, I bring not only my education but also my lived experience to every person I work with. I specialize in overcoming learning disabilities, the challenges of working abroad as an immigrant, and workplace discrimination.
